Grow VC Group Investment Policy

We are not Venture Capital fund, but a private Group of globally operating companies focused to digital finance market. We are not looking for investments or advisory positions beyond our market focus. 

In case your business is operating or looking to enter this digital finance market, we also do not make traditional direct investments. We trust in the new alternative digital investing models, like equity and loan crowdfunding as solutions for capital needs. We have an active role in building new companies to digital finance business with our resources, competence, contacts and partners. We look for early phase companies and concepts that fit to 'enable digital finance' and have potential synergies with our other group companies.

History of our name

Our Group name comes from our initial business and company that we started in 2009, as the first in history equity crowdfunding platform. At the time such term did not exist, so we were referring to this new model as "Venture Capital 2.0" and as online community was big part of that business model, we called that "Grow Venture Community". Later on, as our business have grown and expanded to group of companies operating new digital finance market, we have kept the original group name and use it for different holding companies and as a brand name.
